Colours shown on this website
We have made every effort to ensure that the colours shown throughout the content of the website are as accurate as current technology will allow. Please be aware that discrepancies can occur depending on individual monitor settings and graphic cards.
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days subject to availability. We carry large stocks of bed linen and if your order is in stock it will be dispatched on our next day service.
We will email you to advise that your delivery has been dispatched. Most parcels are sent on a next day service. U.K. Bed Linen On Line will not be held responsible for any delays regarding delivery. Shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
Shipping and Handling
Courier Charges
Free delivery for orders over 250.00 Euros.
Free delivery in the Paphos/Polis district for orders over 50 Euros.
Delivery charges to customer’s door, to all towns within the Republic of Cyprus:

Please notify us as soon as possible if your parcel does not arrive.
If you do not receive your parcel in a satisfactory condition, then you should refuse to accept the parcel from the delivery driver. We can then either re-send a new parcel or issue a full refund.
Undelivered Goods
If you are not in to receive your goods your order will be held at the nearest Couriers office.
You can telephone the Courier to re-arrange another delivery date or collect the goods in person. An additional carriage charge will be applied to goods undelivered that are returned to U.K. Bed Linen On Line. All carriage charges will be deducted from the refund of your undelivered goods.
Pricing and descriptions
Product descriptions, prices and promotions shown on this website should only be used as a guide and U.K. Bed Linen On Line reserve the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
The bed linen we sell is bought direct from manufacturers in the U.K. and the sizes are UK sizes. The sizes can vary slightly from one manufacturer to another. It is important to check the measurement of your mattress against the description/sizes on the website and/or the packaging. We cannot exchange or refund if the incorrect size is purchased and the item is opened.
Returns and Refunds
Please email or telephone for a goods return authorization (returned goods will not be accepted without authorization from UK Bed Linen On Line).
If you wish to exchange or return your goods you may do so via email or telephone and goods must be returned within seven working days, starting from the day your goods were delivered.
All goods must be in the original packing and returned in perfect condition.
Refunds will only be issued for goods returned and not for carriage charges.
We strongly advise that returned goods are sent by a courier or recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Please note we will not refund goods that are not in the original packing, that have been washed or used or have been altered in any way. We cannot accept curtains returned that have been unpacked and/or gathered.
Bedding: Due to Health and Hygiene bedding that has been fully opened and removed from its packaging will not be refunded.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless U.K. Bed Linen On Line have deemed the goods faulty.
Refunds will be processed by the same method as the initial payment.
Refunds for faulted items will be processed after U.K. Bed Linen On Line or the manufacturer has verified the goods as being faulted (this may take up to 21 days but is usually sooner)
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled so long as they have not been dispatched by us. Once goods have been dispatched the goods become the responsibility of the customer and you must follow our returns procedure. We will only accept cancellations by email, which will act as your proof of cancellation.
Items Out of Stock
Although a great deal of our online products are kept in stock, some products may be temporarily out of stock or may need to be ordered in. If there is a certain item showing out of stock, you can telephone or email to check the date it will be here.
We can take no responsibly for the manufacturer discontinuing certain lines.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on the website you will be taken to our secure payment page where your payment will be processed securely by Pay Pal. You will not be charged until your goods are ready to be dispatched.
